Review US Insurance Plans: Begin by analyzing documents and operational data from US-based health plans.
Draft Clear Reports: Then, prepare well-structured NQTL (Non-Quantitative Treatment Limitation) reports with comparative analysis.
Conduct Legal Research: Furthermore, dive deep into US federal laws like MHPAEA, ERISA, ACA, and more.
Collaborate with Teams: In addition, work closely with software, compliance, and client teams across time zones.
Validate Critical Data: Ensure all client-submitted data is accurate and complete for analysis.
Suggest Improvements: Constantly look for ways to enhance our compliance processes.

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

📚 Must-Have Qualifications

A valid LLB degree from a recognized institution.
2 to 6 years of experience in legal analysis, report writing, compliance, or LPO/KPO roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail when reviewing legal documents.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent command over MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
