Resume for Freshers: Simple Format That Gets Shortlisted
Freshers often lose interviews because their resume is either too long or too empty.
What to include
- One-line summary (role + skills)
- Education (with year and percentage/CGPA)
- Projects (2–3 bullets each)
- Skills (tools + platforms)
- Internship/Training (if any)
- Achievements (only real ones)
What to avoid
Photo (unless asked), fake skills, long paragraphs, and unrelated hobbies.
Keep it 1 page. Use clean fonts and consistent spacing.
